Southwest monsoon onset over Kerala likely on May 27, says IMD


The onset of the southwest monsoon over Kerala is anticipated on May 27, just about 4 days upfront of its standard date, June 1.

On Thursday, the IMD stated that the monsoon’s arrival over the South Andaman Sea was once anticipated inside the subsequent two-three days.
