Kedarnath: Chinook helicopter takes to the air with particles of IAF chopper that crashed in 2018

A Chinook helicopter took off with particles of an Indian Air Pressure helicopter that had crashed in 2018 in Uttarakhand’s Kedarnath.

A Chinook helicopter on Saturday took off the particles of Indian Air Pressure’s MI-17 helicopter that had crashed close to Kedarnath temple in 2018.

As according to a document in information company ANI, the MI-17 helicopter had stuck fireplace following a collision with an iron girder whilst touchdown on the helipad close to Kedarnath temple in 2018. IAF had left the broken MI-17 there. The pilot of the chopper had suffered minor accidents.

In the meantime, the Chinook helicopter can also be used to hurry up the development paintings in Kedarnath. The heavy army helicopter Chinook of the Indian Air Pressure is getting used to move heavy machines used for the reconstruction paintings.

Just lately, Uttarakhand Leader Secretary Omprakash had reviewed the preparations at Kedarnath and directed the DDMA to organize the helipad inside of ten days.

After this, the District Crisis Control Authority (DDMA) had ready a helipad for the touchdown of Air Pressure shipment helicopter Chinook at Kedarnath Dham.
